
Studium Generale
The goal of the Professor Jan Mozrzymas Interdisciplinary Seminar Studium Generale Universitatis Wratislaviensis is to build bridges between specialist field areas and to seek universal truths in order to allow us to better know and understand the world around us.
Lectures by outstanding scholars who present at Studium Generale seminars major recent achievements in various areas of knowledge are intended to show the faces of that reality and its unity.
Studium Generale was established by Prof. Jan Mozrzymas (1937-2006) – a physicist and a University Rector in the years 1984-1987, and set up by resolution of the Senate of the University of Wrocław on 17 February 1993.
Lectures followed by discussions are open to everyone and take place on Tuesdays between 5.15 pm and 7.15 pm at the J. Czekanowski Hall. (Department of Human Biology, University of Wrocław, ul. Kuźnicza 35)
