
Children’s University Awards
On 16 September 2023, the inaugural lecture for the Master and Student course will be held, combined with the awarding of the Children’s University Award. The lectures will be delivered by prof. dr hab. Wojciech Niżański in Wrocław, dr hab. Andrzej Siódmok, prof. UJ in Kraków, and dr hab. inż. Marcin Słoma, prof. ucz in Warsaw.
This year’s honourable mentions and awards include dr Filip Duszyński (Department of Geomorphology) and dr Joanna Wątły (Department of Biological and Medical Chemistry) from the University of Wrocław, dr inż. Anna Żołnierczyk from the Wrocław University of Life Sciences, dr hab. Jacek Pniewski from the University of Warsaw, dr Karol Jachymek from the SWPS University, dr hab. Marek Kośny, professor at the Wrocław University of Economics, prof. dr hab. n. med. Maciej Kosieradzki from the Warsaw Medical University, Grzegorz Grecas from the Post-Secondary School of Cultural Animators SKIBA in Wrocław, and prof. dr hab. Justyna Drukała and dr Szczepan Grzybowski from the Jagiellonian University.
The Children’s University Award recognises the best of several hundred scientists and professionals for igniting children’s passion for knowledge and imparting knowledge in an experimental way.

The Children’s University invites its hosts, university rectors and the Foundation’s collaborators to the ceremony on 16 September. The lecture is open, so anyone can attend, but you must sign up in advance via the website.
