Announcement on nominating candidates

ANNOUNCEMENT No. 2/2024 OF THE UNIVERSITY ELECTORAL COMMISSION of 4 March 2024 on nominating candidates in elections Rector of the University of Wrocław for the term 2024-2028

Pursuant to § 88, sec. 1 and sec. 2, pt. 1 of Resolution No. 102/2019 of the Senate of the University of Wrocław of 29 May 2019 on the adoption of the Statute of the University of Wrocław, as amended, the Chairperson of the University Electoral Commission announces the following:

1. The following persons covered by indicative applications (in alphabetical order) have given their consent to stand as candidates in the elections of the Rector of the University of Wrocław for the term 2024-2028:
   1. prof. dr hab. Robert Olkiewicz,
   2. prof. dr hab. Robert Wieczorek,
   3. prof. dr hab. Marcin Wodziński.
2. Candidates for the Rector of the University of Wrocław have declared that they meet the requirements set out in the Act – Law on Higher Education and Science and the Statutes of UWr for the Rector.
