We are at the top!
Among less than 30 universities in Poland which run mentoring programmes, only the University of Wrocław and the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) can boast an impressive number of over 100 mentoring pairs in a single edition of the programme!
This means that in the just concluded 13th edition of the mentoring programme – over 100 female and male students of the University of Wrocław were covered by individual, professional and substantial care of experienced specialists from the labour market.
Support in career planning, building a set of desired competences, showing the right direction, sharing knowledge, experience and inspiring – such demanding tasks were undertaken by our Mentors in the 13th edition.
And as the evaluation of the programme has shown – they have done a great job!
After the 13th year of the programme’s implementation, we can already see that it has become an indispensable offer for our students related to supporting them in pursuing their professional careers. Showing a business perspective, feedback on their competences, a tailor-made career development plan – these are just some of the benefits brought out by graduates of the programme each year.
For 13 years, the mentoring programme at our University has been implemented by the Career Office.
