rekrutacja

From today we are accepting documents for studies

Candidates qualified to submit their documents! 🙂

Today the faculty admissions committees will be hard at work accepting your documents for full-time first-cycle and long-cycle studies. This procedure will last 4 days – 18,19,22,23 July (In the Faculty of Biological Sciences only on 25,26,29,30 July 2024).

We would like to remind you that the University of Wrocław does not have a single office location for all committees. Therefore, it is essential to check the exact address for the delivery of documents. You will find it on the website www.rekrutacja.uni.wroc.pl after selecting the course under the tab ‘miejsce składania dokumentów’.

What documents must be submitted?

In most cases, it is a copy of your secondary school certificate (you need to have the original with you for inspection) and an application form printed from the IRK system and signed by the applicant. But of course you may also need other documents, for example if you are an Olympic athlete, so it is best if you check the list of documents needed at www.rekrutacja.uni.wroc.pl🙂 Choose your field of study and then go to the ‘dokumenty’ tab.

If you send your documents by post or courier, please note that it is the date of delivery that counts, not the date on which the documents were sent, and that a copy of your secondary school certificate must be notarised (do not put the original certificate in the envelope!).

However, if a third party is submitting the documents for you, they must have authorisation. A specimen of this document can be found on the recruitment website under the ‘dokumenty’ tab 🙂

If you are a minor, you will additionally need to submit a declaration from your parents/legal guardians (you will also find this on the recruitment page under ‘dokumenty’).

Reserve candidates do not submit documents, but await the outcome of any subsequent recruitment rounds.

We would also like to remind you that submitting your documents does not yet mean that you have been accepted to your studies. The final confirmation that you have got in will be the status in IRK ‘accepted’.

We keep our fingers crossed for all the candidates but also for our selection committees – we wish the latter a smooth and enjoyable job!
