Call for Applications – FAST Programme for Student Activity Funding

Applications are now open for the latest edition of the FAST Programme – the Student Activity Fund – aimed at students and doctoral candidates from both public and private universities in Wrocław.

Since 2020, Wrocław students have submitted over 360 project ideas through FAST, with 136 receiving funding totalling more than PLN 660,000. The City of Wrocław launched this initiative to support meaningful initiatives by student societies and organisations – whether social, cultural, or scientific-research based.

If you’re planning to organise an exhibition, workshop, concert, or academic trip – or even need funding for reagents or tickets to travel to a prestigious international competition – or if you’ve come up with something completely unconventional – simply complete the application and submit it to the Wrocław Academic Centre!

This year, the application process has been simplified, giving even more student groups the opportunity to apply for city funding. The application form is straightforward – just answer a few key questions and outline the necessary expenses. This time, the City is offering up to PLN 15,000 per project!

Legal/formal verification, committee meeting, and selection: 26 March – 24 April 2024
Results announcement: by 24 April 2024
Grant agreement signing: 25 April – 22 May 2024
Project implementation begins: by 22 May 2024
Project completion deadline: 31 December 2024
