Join the Tutoring Academy!
The Tutoring Academy is a perfect opportunity to integrate with academic and teaching staff from various UWr faculties and other universities across Poland, fostering excellent long-term collaboration.
Each participant who completes the Academy (spanning 4 weekends) gains knowledge, valuable social assets, ready-to-use tools, a wealth of high-potential ideas, a certified tutor diploma (recognized also outside of UWr), and a digital micro-credential – the ODZNAKA+ (Badge+).
Why TUTORING?
● Tutoring is a model of relationship with teachers, lecturers, and trainers that is highly sought after by young people today.
● Tutoring is a reciprocal relationship: cooperation, exchange of ideas, motivation, and inspiration that help build and organize relations with others.
● Tutoring is a method of individualized and personalized education.
Why the TUTORING ACADEMY?
● We create a space for dialogue, exchange of experiences, and inspiration – we invite tutors, mentors, psychologists, trainers, project coordinators, science popularizers, educators, and lecturers: practitioners and enthusiasts from various disciplines and institutions.
● We offer practical workshops, new skills, and the pleasure of acquiring knowledge.
● We demonstrate how to assess the effects of one’s work and how to create self-evaluation tools.
● We emphasize an interdisciplinary approach to solving difficult issues and encourage ourselves and others to go beyond the boundaries of formal education.
