Conference at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics

We would like to invite you to the Scientific Conference: Artificial Intelligence and New Technologies in the Financial Market and Consumer Protection: Selected Issues. The event is organised by the University of Wrocław, the “Mediterranea” University of Reggio Calabria and the Wrocław Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.

The conference will take place on 24 September, from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm, at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics, University of Wrocław, in room 401 C, 8/12 Więzienna Street (4th floor).

The programme includes, among others:

Official opening with the participation of representatives of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław and invited guests

Panel I – presentations in English

Presentation by Professor Angelo Viglianisi Ferraro from the “Mediterranea” University of Reggio Calabria (Italy), entitled Consumer Protection in the AI Era, as well as presentations by other international guests

Panel II – presentations in English and Polish

Presentations by academics from Polish academic institutions and practitioners

Panel III – discussion panel

Discussion with the participation of practitioners, including a representative of the Financial Ombudsman, representatives of consumer organisations, consumer ombudsmen and attorneys-at-law
