Preferred Name Settings for Transgender and Non-Binary Students
Transgender and non-binary students of the University of Wrocław may apply to have a preferred name setting established in university systems (such as USOSweb and their student email account). This allows them to function within the academic community using their preferred personal data.
To do this, they must attend a compulsory interview, during which they will be provided with all the necessary information and given the relevant application form to complete and submit. The persons within the university’s structure responsible for handling these matters are, first and foremost, the equal treatment and anti-discrimination representatives appointed by the deans of the respective faculties of the University of Wrocław.
