Excellence Initiative – Research University

The University of Wrocław is among the 10 best Polish universities. It is the only university in south-west Poland qualified for the program: Excellence Initiative – Research University. As the name of the program indicates – it is so far an initiative which, in the next six years, is to transform the leading Polish universities into research institutions comparable to their counterparts from Western Europe, the United States and Asia.
