Go Global! Conference

On May 7–8, 2026, the international conference Go Global! From Excellence to Recognition – Building Global Impact of Polish Higher Education will take place at the Library of the University of Wrocław. The event is organized by the Excellence Initiative – Research University Project Office.

The conference will gather Rectors and Vice-Rectors of Poland’s leading research universities, distinguished representatives of the international academic community, experts in internationalization and academic rankings, as well as representatives of agencies and institutions from the academic sector — all under the honorary patronage of the Minister of Science and Higher Education.

Discussions will focus on key questions: How can academic excellence be transformed into global recognition? How can the international position of Polish universities be strengthened and the future of European higher education co-shaped?
