Made in Wrocław 2022
Future Mindset is the slogan of Made in Wroclaw 2022! The 6th edition of this unique business and innovations conference will take place on October 18, 2022! This time, it will serve as an opportunity to talk about various sides and scenarios of business, technology, and work models. We will also take a closer look at the cosmos and ponder the future of our planet.
The University of Wrocław will be represented by the Centre for Technology Transfer, along with dr Tymoteusz Sawiński’s team. Thematically, the project titled ‘Do you know what you breathe? – educational and information campaign for cleaner air’ fits the European Green Deal perfectly. The project combines scientific research (air quality forecasting, air quality measurement) with practical solutions, thus addressing current environmental problems and social expectations, such as the improvement of air quality or providing public access to reliable information regarding the state of air pollution in one’s city.
The approach to educational activities proposed by dr Sawiński’s team is based on some of the latest scientific achievements and can significantly enrich the education process, as well as increase the credibility of presented content – we can talk not only about the theoretical aspects, but – using our forecasts and measurement results – about actual processes and phenomena that happen all around us, here and now. It is important to note that all of these tools can be used by anyone – they are widely available and are being constantly improved.
