ADHD. And how to plan here?<\/h1>\n\n\n

The Student Scientific Association briefly.<\/a> operating at the Institute of Journalism and Social Communication at the University of Wroc\u0142aw, together with former members of the association, wrote the report ‘ADHD. I jak tu planowa\u0107?’ [eng. ADHD. And how to plan?].<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The students in the report focused on the planning problems of people with ADHD, which they chose because of the increasing number of ADHD diagnoses and the growing interest in the topic. They noted that although planning applications exist, people with ADHD still face organisational problems. They therefore decided to investigate what features the tools should have in order to better meet the needs of this group. The research aimed to develop a new concept for an app-planner, taking into account the preferences and difficulties of people with ADHD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the research work, the students conducted an analysis of existing apps and techniques used by people with ADHD. The research took place between March and August 2024 and involved four main methods: desk research, netnography in ADHD Facebook groups, a benchmarking method and in-depth interviews. In doing so, they gathered knowledge about the organisational needs of people with ADHD and laid the groundwork for the development of planning support tools better tailored to the specific requirements of this group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
