Kompas Dobrostanu – conference<\/h1>\n\n\n

Students from the Scientific Association of Clinical Psychology and the M. Wis\u0142ocka Scientific Association of Sexology at the University of Wroc\u0142aw, invite you to a two-day conference, 18-19 January, to be held at the UWr Institute of Psychology, ul. Dawida 1, Wroc\u0142aw.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 “Krok po kroku do harmonii\u201d (eng. \u201cStep by step to harmony\u201d), is the motto of the upcoming signature conference, “Kompas Dobrostanu\u201d (eng. \u201cThe Wellbeing Compass\u201d). The theme of the workshops and lectures will be well-being, or mental and physical well-being in the broadest sense. At the conference, participants will learn how to take better care of themselves \u2013 so that they can have more energy, deal more effectively with stress and find balance in their daily lives \u2013 the organisers explain. They also encourage you to hear from experts and practitioners in the field of psychology and to participate in unique development workshops that will be held as part of the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Admission to the event is free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
