On effective solutions for safety<\/h1>\n\n\n

“Planowanie w systemie bezpiecze\u0144stwa\u201d \u2013 is the title of a scientific conference to be held on 6 June at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wroc\u0142aw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference is organised within the framework of the GOSPOSTRATEG research project no. IX-001G\/22, titled \u201eOpracowanie za\u0142o\u017ce\u0144 zintegrowanego systemu gromadzenia i przetwarzania wiedzy ratowniczej dla faz: przygotowania, zapobiegania, reagowania i odbudowy, na potrzeby ochrony przeciwpo\u017carowej i ochrony ludno\u015bci\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

This research project is being carried out by the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wroc\u0142aw in collaboration with a consortium consisting of the Main School of Fire Service (the consortium leader), the War Studies University, the J\u00f3zef Tuliszkowski Scientific and Research Centre for Fire Protection \u2013 National Research Institute, and the Headquarters of the State Fire Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the first phase of the project, experts from the University of Wroc\u0142aw have already conducted an analysis of the current legal framework concerning existing rescue plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They have verified the legal basis for the validity of rescue plans, as well as the effectiveness of their implementation, taking into account, among other things, the findings of the Supreme Audit Office (NIK).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 In the second phase of the project, the University of Wroc\u0142aw\u2019s primary task will be to develop a complete set of proposed legal amendments aimed at the future implementation of the planning documentation solutions put forward by the consortium \u2013 emphasise prof. dr hab. Karol Kiczka<\/strong>, the project leader on behalf of the University of Wroc\u0142aw as well as prof. dr hab. Tadeusz Kocowski<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Importantly: \u2013 The work is closely related to the recently enacted Act on Civil Protection and Civil Defence \u2013 adds dr Micha\u0142 Radu\u0142a <\/strong>from the Department of Public Economic Law (Institute of Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics, University of Wroc\u0142aw).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference will open on 6 June 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in the Witold \u015awida Room (Building D, Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics, University of Wroc\u0142aw, ul. Uniwersytecka 7-10).<\/p>\n\n\n
