On 18 August 2020, the Rector of the University of Wrocław signed Ordinance No. 106/2020 on the introduction of an anti-discrimination procedure at the University of Wrocław, defining the principles of operation of the Committee for Equal Treatment at the University of Wrocław and the Ombudsperson for Equal Treatment and Anti-Discrimination at the University of Wrocław. On 18 December 2020, the unified text of Ordinance No. 159/2020 was issued.

Announcement of the Rector of the University of Wroclaw of 18 December 2020 on the announcement of the consolidated text of Ordinance No. 106/2020 of the Rector of the University of Wroclaw of 18 August 2020 on the introduction of an anti-discrimination procedure at the University of Wrocław, defining the principles of operation of the Committee for Equal Treatment at the University of Wrocław and the Ombudsperson for Equal Treatment and Anti-Discrimination at the University of Wrocław – the consolidated text of Ordinance No. 106/2020 of the Rector of the University of Wrocław of 18 August 2020 is announced in the Appendix to this announcement on the introduction of an anti-discrimination procedure at the University of Wrocław, defining the principles of operation of the Committee for Equal Treatment at the University of Wrocław and the Ombudsperson for Equal Treatment and Anti-Discrimination at the University of Wrocław, taking into account Ordinance No. 159/2020 of the Rector of the University of Wrocław of 18 August 2020 amending Ordinance No. 106/2020 of the Rector of the University of Wrocław of 18 August 2020 on on the introduction of an anti-discrimination procedure at the University of Wrocław, defining the principles of operation of the Committee for Equal Treatment at the University of Wrocław and the Ombudsperson for Equal Treatment and Anti-Discrimination at the University of Wrocław.
