Polish Scientific Networks Conference
The causes and consequences of climate change will be the focus of the next Polish Scientific Networks conference, which starts today at the University of Wrocław. The organisers of the event are: Academy of Young Scientists of the Polish Academy of Sciences, the University of Wrocław and the Scholarship Holders Club of the Foundation for Polish Science.
This is the fifth edition of the Polish Scientific Networks conference. This time it will be held under the motto ‘Climate Change: Science & Society’. Leading Polish researchers and experts from around the world will shed light on the impact of climate change on the environment, economy and society, and discuss how to respond to these changes. Climate change is one of the greatest challenges we face today. It also plays an important role in the functioning of the modern world. It is precisely the causes and effects of these changes that participants in the event will be discussing. The PSN conference provides an interesting forum for exchanging information, promoting collaboration between research teams and inspiring young scientists to take a deeper interest in the important challenges of global science. This year’s edition will feature ten sessions, numerous workshops and a jazz concert. The Climate Change: Science & Society conference will run until 30 September 2022.
