2nd Scientific Tax Conference

The Chair of Financial Law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the UWr (FLAE) with other members of the Organizing Committee (University of Zielona Góra, University of Opole, Association “Aureus”, District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Wrocław, District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Wałbrzych, The Legal and Financial Quarterly of CFL FLAE UWr) are organising the 2nd Scientific Tax Conference on selected issues in the field of income taxes, which will be held on 27 January 2023 at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław (possibility of participation both in a stationary and remote form). The conference’s aim will be a debate on the assessment of legislative changes in the field of income taxes in 2022. The recipients of the conference are representatives of science and tax law practice. Speakers will be, among others, judges, tax advisors, legal counsels and representatives of tax law science.

There are planned three panels: PIT, CIT and exceptional changes in income taxes constituting an “aid package” for citizens of Ukraine in connection with an armed conflict on Ukrainian territory

The speakers and Guests of Honour will be judges of Ukrainian courts, judges of the Supreme Administrative Court and representatives of the doctrine of tax law. We cordially invite all to actively participate and speak in the discussion, which may contribute to formulating possible de lege ferenda conclusions.
