Look for spring in the Botanical Garden this weekend!
Spring is just around the corner, or rather has it already arrived? Its first companions – crocuses, snowdrops, hellebores and hellebores – are already present in the Botanical Garden, which invites you to a pre-season event entitled “Let’s talk about plants” on 4 and 5 March. This weekend it will not only be possible to see the first signs of spring, but also to visit the new greenhouses with succulents from Africa and Mexico for the first time.
On Saturday, visitors can take a walk in the garden on their own from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For Sunday, the garden staff have prepared a special programme, including meditation among the plants, a walk with the garden’s director dr Zygmunt Kącki, prof. UWr, and experts, talks on succulents and plant health.
