Our graduate on the 25under25 list in the BUSINESS category!

For the 5th time, McKinsey Poland in cooperation with Forbes magazine have selected the most talented young people in Poland. We are pleased to announce that Paulina Pepera (a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics) was among the 5 awarded in the Business category.

Paulina is the co-founder and COO of the startup @ZNIKA – ecological packaging.

The company is involved in sustainable packaging and materials, with additional in-house research into compostable materials.

Paulina’s team has closed its first round of funding, won the Startup Arena at Impact CEE and won second place in the ING grant programme. In total, ZNIKA has raised £1.6 million in funding.

As the awardee herself admits, “The skills and contacts gained at the University of Wrocław allowed me to take my first steps in business and social projects. Now I always try to combine both areas.”
