International Day of Light

16 May is International Day of Light! On this occasion, we visited the planetarium of the Astronomical Institute, where dr Sylwester Kołomański told us about light pollution and its impact on nature and humans, as well as about the monitoring of this phenomenon and the conclusions drawn from observations of the degradation of the brightness of the night sky.
