Contemporary Challenges of Geological and Mining Law Conference

Student Scientific Association of Mining Law invites you to the 2nd National Scientific Conference Contemporary Challenges of Geological and Mining Law, organised by the Antoni Agopszowicz’s Institute of Geological and Mining Law Foundation in Wrocław, Student Scientific Association of Mining Law at the University of Wrocław, the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics UWr, Faculty of Earth Sciences and Environmental Management UWr, and the Law Firm “AMADEUS” in Wrocław.

The conference will be held remotely via Microsoft Teams on Friday, 20 October 2023 from 9:00 to 15:00. Link to the meeting.

This Scientific Conference is a continuation of last year’s event of the same name. It attracted attention in the community and was a massive organisational success. The subject of the conference will continue to be broadly understood topics related to geological and mining law, its place in the legal system and its application in practice.

We invite representatives of the scientific community related to law, geology, and mining, representatives of public administration authorities – geological and mining administration in particular, representatives of science and practice, as well as all those whose research interests are similar to the proposed theme, to participate in the Conference.

The event is held under the patronage of the “Palestra” magazine published by the Polish Bar Council.

We encourage you to apply for participation in the Conference as a speaker and to send an outline of your scientific paper by 15 September 2023 to the following email address: skn.pg@uwr.edu.pl.

Notification of passive participation is not required.

Participation is free of the conference fee.
