
Lecture of Dr hab. Sarah Lambert
In the Academic Excellence Incubator – Research Centre for DNA Repair and Replication at the Faculty of Biological Sciences we will host on 11th-12th September 2023 dr hab. Sarah Lambert from Institut Curie, Orsay, France.
She will give a talk entitled “DNA replication fork rescue: a journey to the nuclear periphery” on Monday, 11th September at 11 am in the Large Lecture Hall (Duża Sala Wykładowa- DSW) at Kanonia 6/8.

Sarah Lambert is the leader of the „DNA Recombination, Replication & Genome Stability” group at Institut Curie. Since 2020, she has been the Deputy Director of the research unit “Genome Integrity, RNA & Cancer” in Orsay. As a leading expert in the field of DNA repair, she is the author of multiple papers describing repair mechanisms based on homologous recombination using the fission yeast Schizosaccharomyces pombe.
