15 November is a symbolic date for Wrocław science
Why do we celebrate University Day on 15 November? Are we referring to the Jesuit era and the Leopold Academy, founded by Emperor Leopold I in 1702, or to the post-war era and the first Polish university and technical university in Wrocław? Or perhaps the date refers to still other moments in the history of Polish science?
We would like to invite you to watch a film in which dr Urszula Bończuk-Dawidziuk from the Museum of the University of Wrocław talks about the origins of the University Day.
