Israeli-Palestinian conflict
The background to the political situation in the Middle East is the subject of a conversation between prof. Jarosław Jarząbek and prof. Marcin Szydzisz. Our academics have frequently commented on the dynamic and very difficult situation in this part of the world in the media in the past 2023. They gave radio, television and press interviews. They were also guests on many panels and discussions. We asked them to talk about the political situation in the Middle East in front of our camera.
Prof. Marcin Szydzisz – PhD in political science, historian, lawyer. He works as an assistant professor at the Institute of International and Security Studies at the University of Wrocław. He is the author of more than 60 articles, chapters and monographs on issues related to the Middle East (especially Israel and Palestine), Polish foreign policy, national minorities in Poland and Europe.
Prof. Jarosław Jarząbek works at the Institute of International and Security Studies at the University of Wrocław. His research interests include security policy, political systems and armed forces of Middle Eastern countries, as well as the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Scholarship holder of the Polish-American Fulbright Commission. Coordinator of the Erasmus Mundus Global Studies programme at the Institute of International and Security Studies at the University of Wrocław.
