Research on the production of next-generation television shows

Dr Dawid Junke from the Faculty of Historical and Pedagogical Sciences at the University of Wrocław, working at the Institute of Cultural Studies in the Department of Cultural Practice Studies, is another one of our researchers who received the Miniatura 7 grant from the National Science Centre.

The funding concerns the project entitled “Research on the production of next-generation television shows – a consultation trip to the COMMUNICAV research centre” (PLN 7 582).

As part of his research, dr Junke intends to go to the COMMUNICAV research centre, affiliated with the University of Granada and consult with the centre’s staff on the issue of authorship of television shows and methodological issues. He describes himself as an enthusiast of television (and streaming) shows, considering them one of the most significant contemporary cultural forms.

Congratulations!
