Below are the results of the indicative meetings of the University Electoral College and the Council of the University of Wrocław.
The University Electoral College, at its indicativemeeting held on February 28, 2024, nominated the following persons as candidates for the Rector of UWr for the term 2024-2028 (in alphabetical order):

The Council of the University of Wrocław, at its indicative meeting held on February 28, 2024, nominated the following persons as candidates for the Rector of the UWr for the term 2024-2028 (in alphabetical order):
- Robert Olkiewicz, 2 votes
- Robert Wieczorek, 2 votes
- Marcin Wodziński, 4 votes
According to § 88 section 1 of the Statute of the University of Wrocław, the nomination of a candidate for the election of the Rector requires that the nominated candidate submits – to the University Electoral Committee – within 4 days of the relevant indicative session: a written consent to stand as a candidate and a statement of fulfilment of the requirements set out in the Act and the Statute. The manner in which these documents are to be submitted is specified by KOMUNIKAT NR 1/2024 Przewodniczącego UKW z dnia 27 lutego 2024 r. w sprawie sposobu zgłaszania kandydatur w wyborach Rektora Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego na kadencję 2024-2028.
