We have been supporting society in building a better future for all of us for 27 years. In 1996, we started a pioneering initiative supporting education, entering the labor market and entrepreneurship. Santander Open Academy – a global educational platform that offers:
- Scholarships and financial awards that provide economic support to the academic community.
- Trainings aimed at developing competences and increasing competitiveness in the labor market. The offer includes training:
  - available to everyone with no place limit and selection process;
  - with a limited number of places and a selection process.
- Educational materials supporting learning about new tools and trends. Platform users can use them in the form of e-books, films or audiobooks.

We are constantly updating our programs based on observations of skills sought by employers.
