Grants for researchers from the University of Wrocław (UWr)
27 of our researchers will receive a total of more than 40 and a half million PLN for the realization of their projects in the recently concluded OPUS 26 and SONATA 19 competitions of the National Science Centre (NCN).
Thanks to an increase in the budget of NCN, 485 people will receive more than 693 million PLN for basic research funding from the competitions decided on May 24, 2024. 237 standard ranking list projects, along with 248 reserve list projects created in these competitions by experts at the second stage of evaluation will be funded.
– I’m glad that the increase in NCN funding has provided an opportunity to fund proposals, including those on reserve lists – emphasizes prof.
