More graduates of the UWr Tutoring Academy
Thirteen new tutors graduated from the fourth edition of the Tutoring Academy of the University of Wrocław.
This group spent the past few weeks training in effective communication, creating scientific demonstrations and workshops, engaging educational methods, emotional and social competencies, motivation, management, anti-stress and professional burnout, among other things. She went through an intensive series of lectures, exercises, workshops and simulations. Grouply and individually, she discovered the secrets of developmental and academic tutoring, drew handfuls from the experience of the tutors and presented her own points of view. Now they will work with students at the University of Wrocław.
