Jabłoński has been actively performing solo music, chamber music, and with various orchestras on the stages of Europe, Asia and both Americas for over 30 years. He has performed in prestige concert halls: among others, he has played a recital as part of a prestige series of masters’ concerts at the Berliner Philharmonie.
He has collaborated with some of the most famous orchestras, in performances led by conductors such as Valery Gergiev, Andrey Boreyko, Krzysztof Penderecki, Jerzy Semkow, Jerzy Maksymiuk, Frans Brüggen, Witold Rowicki, Antoni Wit, Jan Krenz and Jacek Kaspszyk.
Jabłoński has recorded concerts for radio and TV of multiple countries, and has done many CD recordings for sale in Germany, Japan and Poland. Jabłoński was named a professor in 2016. He is invited on a regular basis to give lectures and lead master courses, and to help with judging international piano competitions.
