Academic Journal of Modern Philology in SCOPUS!

The AJMP editorial team is delighted that our academic journal, Academic Journal of Modern Philology (ISSN 2299–7164; e-ISSN 2353–3218), has been accepted into the prestigious SCOPUS index database!

On 29 March 2025, we received the following information:

We have been publishing continuously since 2012. Over the past 13 years, in the Academic Journal of Modern Philology:
– we have published 22 volumes, including 9 special issues,
– more than 100 authors have published with the affiliation of the University of Wrocław,
– from 2020 to 2024, 413 authors published their research results, reviews, essays and polemics in the AJMP in 350 scientific articles.

The Academic Journal of Modern Philology is an open access academic journal published annually by the Commission of Philological Sciences of the Wrocław Branch of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the College of Interdisciplinary Individual Studies of the University of Wrocław. The journal publishes articles in the fields of linguistics, literary studies, cultural studies and religious studies.

Each article is subject to a double-blind peer review by at least two reviewers. The review is anonymous, which means that the reviewers do not know the author’s identity and the author does not know the reviewer’s identity.

We publish mainly in English, German, French, Spanish and Polish.

We accept article submissions all year round. We publish in the last quarter of the year.

The Academic Journal of Modern Philology does not charge authors for submitting, reviewing, publishing or processing articles.

We encourage scientific cooperation and invite you to submit article proposals for future issues.
