The largest European research project on student life – EUROSTUDENT
EUROSTUDENT IX is the latest edition of an international research project aimed at analysing the socio-economic conditions of student life and comparing them across nearly 30 European countries. A project of this scale enables students in Europe to compare themselves in various aspects. The survey covers private life, financial and economic matters, employment, academic experiences, and international mobility.
The research methodology is overseen by a team composed of representatives from all participating countries, coordinated by researchers from Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands. Poland is participating in the project for the sixth time. Its complex, multi-stage methodology makes the project unique and ensures the reliability of the conclusions drawn from it.
We encourage students of all study fields, degrees, and modes of study to take part in the Polish edition of this pan-European study on living and learning conditions.
The survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete and will be available until the end of June.

Due to the large number of participating countries, the comparative European report summarising the results of the study will be published in spring 2027. The Polish-language report from the previous edition is available on the website.
Thematic studies and comparative reports from previous years are also available on the website.
The study is conducted via an online questionnaire and is carried out by an independent research agency, PBS Sp. z o.o. The company ensures complete anonymity and confidentiality for all student participants – the results will only be presented as aggregated statistics. Full information on data protection is available on the website.
The study in Poland is carried out by the independent research agency PBS Sp. z o.o. on behalf of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. The research team at PBS in Sopot, responsible for implementing the study, will be happy to provide information and answer any questions. Contact: eurostudent@pbs.pl
