Competition for the best thesis – Prize of the President of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
The Warsaw Stock Exchange Foundation invites students and graduates of the University of Wrocław to participate in the Competition for the Best Thesis, with the prize awarded by the President of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW). This annual event aims to recognise the most insightful and innovative theses related to the capital market — from both analytical and forward-thinking perspectives.
We particularly encourage submissions that explore the role of new technologies in the context of financial markets. The competition provides a platform for young researchers to present their potential to representatives of financial institutions, and more broadly, to the open market of ideas and technologies.
The competition is held under the patronage of prestigious institutions: the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the Chamber of Fund and Asset Management, PFR Portal PPK, and TFI PZU S.A. Thanks to their support, winners will receive not only prestigious recognition but also financial awards:
- PLN 4,000 – for the best bachelor’s thesis (Warsaw Stock Exchange)
- PLN 2,000 – for the second-best bachelor’s thesis (Warsaw Stock Exchange)
- PLN 1,500 – for the third-best bachelor’s thesis (Warsaw Stock Exchange)
- PLN 7,000 – for the best master’s thesis (Warsaw Stock Exchange)
- PLN 3,000 – for the second-best master’s thesis (Warsaw Stock Exchange)
- PLN 2,000 – for the third-best master’s thesis (Warsaw Stock Exchange)
