The University of Wrocław becomes an academic partner of HackYeah 2025

We are pleased to announce that the University of Wrocław has taken on the role of Academic Partner for HackYeah 2025 – the largest hackathon in Europe, which this year returns to TAURON Arena Kraków.

A hackathon is both an event and a competition, during which participants from various industries – especially IT – work in teams to solve a specific challenge within a limited time. Over the course of 24 hours, participants from Poland and abroad will develop solutions to real-world challenges in areas such as biohacking, travel, defence, and many others. Last year’s edition attracted nearly 3,000 participants.

Running alongside the hackathon is a technology conference, featuring talks by industry experts. This rich source of knowledge provides an excellent opportunity to broaden your horizons, learn about the latest trends, and build connections that may lead to future projects – or even a new career path.

HackYeah 2025 is open to all adults, who may participate individually or in teams of up to six people. Attractive cash prizes await the best teams, along with the opportunity to continue collaborating with tech companies. We warmly encourage all interested students to take part in this exciting event!

Registration and full details are available on the official HackYeah website.
