Prof. Aleksandra Nowakowska visits the Institute of Romance Studies
The Faculty of Languages, Literatures and Cultures invites you to an open lecture by prof. Aleksandra Nowakowska from Université Paul-Valéry Montpellier 3, held as part of the IDUB – Visiting Professor programme. The lecture, entitled Comment le dialogisme révèle-t-il l’épaisseur du discours ? Outils de l’analyse du discours, will take place on 22 October 2025, from 12:00 to 13:30 at the Institute of Romance Studies (Room 3.2, pl. Biskupa Nankiera 4, Wrocław).
Bio
Aleksandra Nowakowska is a linguist and professor at Université Paul-Valéry Montpellier 3 in France, and since 2015 a member of the Board of the Praxiling research laboratory. She specialises in the linguistics of utterance and discourse analysis, with a particular focus on dialogism theory inspired by the work of Mikhail Bakhtin. She is the author or co-author of numerous publications, including the acclaimed monograph Petite grammaire alphabétique du dialogisme (Garnier, 2019).
