University Sports Festival – registration is open!

On May 8, the University Center for Physical Education and Sports invites all students and staff of the University of Wrocław to a special event — the first University Sports Festival, which this year will be held under the slogan “Come on, get moving and keep smiling” Registration is required.

Rules and Regulations

* Applications must be submitted exclusively via email using the following address: ….@uwr.edu.pl, no later than May 5, 2026. (Applications will be confirmed or rejected depending on availability.)

* The number of places is limited – applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis!!!

* Each event participant is required to sign a statement confirming there are no medical issues preventing participation in their chosen activity and consenting to the use of their image.

* Each participant is required to have accident insurance. A participant who does not have accident insurance waives any claims against the organizer and the University of Wrocław due to an accident during the event.

* Please be punctual

* It is possible to make up for absences from physical education classes—ask the instructor.

* The event organizer will present the rules for conducting the event before the start of classes/competitions. These will depend on the number of registered teams/participants (competition format, game schedule, class details, etc.).

* Except for events held at the University of Wrocław Sports Hall (futsal, volleyball, 3×3 basketball), spectators are not permitted.

* Registration for the event constitutes acceptance of the above rules and regulations.
