Open Letter to Professor Wołodomir Burdin, the Dean of the Faculty of Law of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv
Dear Dean,
Dear Friends from the Faculty of Law Ivan Franko National University of Lviv
We deeply sympathize with the pain caused the Ukrainian nation by the Russian Federation. This barbarous violation of international law committed against the Ukrainian nation by Russia deserves our clear and unequivocal condemnation. We, scholars specializing in law, public administration and economics, cannot accept the fact that in the name of Russia’s imperialist ambitions innocent people, including defenceless children, are be ing killed in Ukraine right now.
We would like to assure you of our unconditional support for your indomitable fight for the free, sovereign and independent Ukraine. In attachment we include the declaration of support from our community- the Council of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics. We stand in solidarity with you. You can count on us.
