A Fairytale Bloom – May Day Weekend at the University of Wrocław Botanical Garden and Arboretum!
If you haven’t yet decided how to spend your May Day weekend, we warmly invite you to visit the University of Wrocław Botanical Garden and the Arboretum in Wojsławice.
The Botanical Garden is currently at its springtime best. Although the Tulip Festival was officially scheduled for April 26, the tulips are still in full bloom and will remain a spectacular sight until at least May 4.
To make the most of this fairytale blooming season, the Garden will be open both during the day and in the late evening. For those who can’t get enough of the beauty and find it hard to say goodbye to the breathtaking scenery, we offer “Tulip Illuminations,” running daily until May 4 from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (last exit at 10:30 p.m.). This is a unique chance to experience the Garden from an entirely new perspective.
Meanwhile, at the Wojsławice Arboretum, the traditional Grand Garden Market will take place during the May holiday weekend, offering a wide selection of plant species and varieties for your own garden. On May 4, a concert by the band Czerwona Jarzębina is also scheduled.
