A new MOOC in the B-SHAPES project is now available

A new MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) has been released as part of the B-SHAPES project (Borders Shaping Perceptions of European Societies) and is available to all interested participants. The University of Wrocław is a partner in the project.

The course focuses on how borders shape societies, identities, and everyday life in Europe. The course consists of a series of thematic podcast episodes, in which researchers explore topics such as borderlands and border communities, minorities, Euroscepticism, landscape as cultural heritage, including cultural and artistic perspectives on borders.

The course has been designed for both students and a wider audience interested in social and European issues. The course content is based on research carried out the B-SHAPES project, but is presented in an accessible and comprehensible way.

One of the elements of the course is the third podcast episode, recorded by prof. Elżbieta Opiłowska and dr Łukasz Moll from the Institute of Sociology at the University of Wrocław.

The course is available after logging in to the Moodle platform.

The B-SHAPES project is carried out under the Horizon Europe programme and funded by the European Union.
