What are the Academic Management Championships?
AMM is a nationwide, free business competition where teams of three students, under the supervision of an academic mentor, take on the role of entrepreneurs and manage their own virtual companies. Using Industry Business Simulations, participants make realistic decisions in areas such as finance, marketing, sales, HR, and investment. The competition offers valuable knowledge that can be applied in future professional careers.

What is the competition process?
- Recruitment – a lecturer registers a team of three students using the form available at: https://revas.pl/amm/ [11 February 2025 – 10 March 2025].
- Online elimination rounds – participants make strategic decisions and compete against other teams. [24 March 2025 – 4 May 2025].
- Live final in Jasionka near Rzeszów – the top 10 teams will meet to compete for the title of Academic Management Champions! The final will be held as part of the Carpathian Startup Fest 2025, meaning finalists will also participate in Poland’s leading startup conference. [21 May 2025 – 22 May 2025].
How to register?
Registration must be completed by an academic lecturer. There is no limit to the number of student teams from a single university. However, each lecturer may register only one student team. The registration deadline is 10 March 2025.
