Agreement on pay rises at the UWr

On 14 March 2024, an agreement was signed with the trade unions operating at the University of Wrocław on a salary rise for academic staff. It will amount to 30% on the basic salary rate. The first payment of the increased salary will be made in April, while the compensation from January will be paid in May.

Increases for non-academic staff are under discussion. A meeting with trade union representatives on this issue is scheduled for 21 March 2024.
