
Arqus Talent & Innovation Fund – submit an application!
The Arqus Innovation Fund (Arqus Talent & Innovation Fund) is another proposal from the Alliance for our university! This time, Arqus encourages Arqus staff and students to create innovative internal bottom-up initiatives (ang. ad hoc bottom-up initiatives). The Arqus Talent & Innovation Fund is looking for macro-activities that are linked to major goals of the Arqus European University Alliance and the Action Lines: Education, Research & Innovation, Societal Engagement. The funding pool includes EUR 100,000.
The best ideas submitted will receive funding to implement them. This is all with the aim of fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, as well as strengthening Arqus’ internal visibility and promoting future employee engagement. The public is warmly invited to submit proposals between 10 October and 30 November 2023. Application verification, evaluation and selection will take place in December 2023 and January 2024. Activities must be developed and implemented within the next 3 years (up to and including 30 September 2026).
The following types of activities will be supported under the call:
- Challenge-based-learning programmes
- Collaboration project labs
- Cross-disciplinary seminars
- Dissemination events for the general public
- Joint short-term study projects (except Twinnings)
- Research training
- Twin/triplet transition initiatives
- Joint workshops
A total of EUR 100,000 will be allocated under the Arqus Talent & Innovation Fund, subject to the following limit per initiative/project:
- smaller projects involving at least 3 partners Arqus EUR 5 000,00
- larger projects involving more than 5 partners Arqus EUR 10 000,00
