We were saddened to learn that prof. Ryszard Herbut, an eminent political scientist, long-standing employee of the Institute of Political Science at the University of Wrocław and its director, passed away on 2 October 2024. On behalf of the dean’s authorities and the staff of the Faculty of Social Sciences, we extend our condolences to his family and loved ones.

We would like to inform you that recruitment is underway for the Scientific Association “Labas” and the Centre for Lithuanian Language and Culture at the University of Wrocław. The University of Wrocław has the Service Team for Support and Accessibility, which deals with support and accessibility for people with disabilities and special needs. The Office’s mission is to facilitate access to education, demolish limitations and provide conditions for full participation in the educational process. We work with UWr units to increase access to University resources.
