Robert Zarnowski, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA, will give an open lecture entitled “Determinanty patogenności w biologii biofilmów grzybów rodzaju Candida” (eng. Pathogenicity determinants in the biology of biofilms of fungi of the genus Candida).

Due to the suspension of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education funding under the Cambridge University Press consortium licence implemented by Faculty of Biological Sciences of the University of Wrocław has signed an individual agreement for access to the Cambridge University Press electronic journal collection (CUP) with the option to publish in OA. The programme is intended for correspondence authors affiliated with the University of Wrocław.

Today at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics, the Institute of Geological Sciences presented a screening of the film ‘What will be left of us? Geology.’ Fundacja Nauka. To Lubię, which was made during an expedition of young geologists from the University of Wrocław to the Baltic Sea.
