    One of the most valuable monuments of medieval writing has returned to Wrocław – a fifteenth-century manuscript of the works of St Augustine, long regarded as an exceptional element of Silesian cultural heritage. Its reappearance in the collections of the Library of the University of Wrocław marks an event of great significance both for the academic community and for the wider regional public.

    A new interdisciplinary part-time (evening) Bachelor’s degree programme (first-cycle studies) – języki romańskie w komunikacji biznesowej (eng. Romance languages in business communication) – will launch this October. It will be delivered jointly by two faculties at the University of Wrocław. The programme has been developed by the Faculty of Languages, Literatures and Cultures and the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics. It is assigned to two academic disciplines: linguistics (66%) and economics and finance (34%).
