Dr Hanna Kędzierska from the UWr Faculty of Modern Languages, Cultures and Literatures has received a grant to carry out research entitled. ‘Wpływ wymowy cudzoziemskiej na przetwarzanie błędów w idiomach: badanie psycholingwistyczne’. She is one of five people from our university to receive an NCN Miniatura grant in the latest September distribution.

Ryszard Herbut, an eminent political scientist, long-standing employee of the Institute of Political Science at the University of Wrocław and its director, passed away on 2 October 2024.
