Conducting scientific research, especially involving the analysis of the laws of a country as distant as Chile, is quite a challenge. Of course, thanks to new technologies, it is possible to complete many research tasks practically without leaving home, but the real value of scientific research is still the opportunity to share your research results with other experts in order to initiate discussion on a given legal problem – emphasises our PhD student Laura Słocka.

Researchers from Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and Mazovian Academy in Płock have undertaken a joint research project on academic culture in the broad sense.

A team of scientists , including dr inż. Jakub Szperlik from the Tissue Cultures Laboratory of the Botanical Garden at the Faculty of Biological Sciences, decided to test whether the holly species available in Poland have fatty acid contents and profiles similar to those known for their subtropical counterpart.
