On May 17th, we invite you to visit some of the University of Wrocław facilities, which open their doors to host the Long Night of Museums. The academicians of Wrocław, under the auspices of the Academic Museums Association, have also prepared an exterior exhibition, Wrocław na szlaku dziedzictwa akademickiego (eng. ‘Wrocław on the Trail of Academic Heritage’), which will open on May 13th at 13:00. However, it will be visible the day before at ul. Kuźnicza. Certainly, this exhibition might be an inspiration for those who are interested in spending the Night of the Museums in the academic institutions of Wrocław.

This year, students of the University of the Third Age at the University of Wrocław had the opportunity to travel to Spain as part of the Erasmus+ programme. They visited the Spanish city of Córdoba, where they spent a week. Now, in return, a group of senior visitors from Spain has arrived in Wrocław!

On Tuesday, 13 May 2025, we had the pleasure of hosting a delegation from the Presidium of the Lower Austrian Landtag. Museum of the University of Wrocław cordially invites you to the official opening of its latest temporary exhibition entitled „Uwikłane. Dawne pozaeuropejskie zbiory etnograficzne Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego” (eng. “Entangled. Historical Non-European Ethnographic Collections of the University of Wrocław”), which will take place on 16 May 2025 at 12:00 noon in the Sala pod Filarem at the Museum’s premises (Plac Uniwersytecki 1).
