The oldest, the largest and the most important – this is how the annual “Archaeological Sensations” awards are described. They constitute a yearly summary of scientific discoveries organised by the magazine Archeologia Żywa. This year’s poll also featured a contribution linked to the University of Wrocław, thanks to the involvement of one of our biologists.
The seventh meeting of the partners of the Physics for Technology programme, developed within the Arqus Alliance, took place on 15–16 January 2026. The event brought together representatives of four partner universities: the University of Granada, Vilnius University, the University of Padua and the University of Wrocław.
On 11–12 February 2026, the conference “Wrocław Molecular Modelling Days” will be held at the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Wrocław under the patronage of the Polish Chemical Society.
